Founder & Chief People Officer
Mara is a visionary and dynamic PHR Certified HR professional with a degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF). With a passion for transforming organizations through strategic talent optimization, compliance excellence, and employee engagement, Mara has advised executives and CEOs on human capital decisions that drive revenue growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Her expertise includes shaping HR strategies that facilitate team expansion, succession planning, and optimizing business structure. Mara excels in managing compliance, payroll, and insurance procurement, ensuring that corporate objectives are met efficiently.
A strong advocate for inclusive workplace cultures, she has established DEI committees and implemented initiatives to promote diversity in hiring practices. Her leadership has led to the successful expansion of teams from 2 to 200+, alongside the development of comprehensive salary structures and streamlined HR workflows. Mara is also committed to enhancing employee engagement through effective surveys and comprehensive staff handbooks.
